Rapunzel Scarf

Directions for the Rapunzel Scarf:

  1. Pull out ALL of your old yarn that has accumulated in boxes, plastic tubs or desk drawers around your house.
  2. Organize the yarn by color shade: All the reds next to one another, all the greens together, all the blues lined up side by side and so forth.
  3. Even if you have yarn that doesn't seem to "fit", use it anyway! The more colors, textures and styles you can configure in this scarf, the cooler it looks!
  4. Measure out your yarn about 10 feet in length - yep, that's right...each piece, each string, 10 feet.
  5. You'll want somewhere between 36 and 56 pieces of yarn. You can go thicker if you want, but the thicker you want your scarf, the longer it needs to be.
  6. Tie one knot at the end of your gathered yarns and braid the yarns from there.
